Full leg set
Full leg sets are developed for transfemoral prostheses and combine a thigh and a lower above knee cover into one cohesive cosmetic solution. By designing both sections together, we create a unified leg silhouette that moves and functions as one.
Each set is developed in relation to the individual socket, knee and lower leg configuration, taking proportion, movement and design expression into account.

Coverage during flexion
If the prosthetic setup allows, full leg sets are designed to overlap the knee joint, closing or reducing the visible gap between socket and knee. This helps maintain a continuous leg shape, even when sitting or bending.

Materials & construction
Full leg sets are primarily produced in our flexible material.
The thigh section is always made as a flexible cover. If requested, the lower leg section can be created as a hard cover, though flexible is the most common and recommended choice for the full set.
- Produced in 3D-printed TPU.
- Primarily designed as one-piece wrap covers.
- A single parting line for each cover, usually positioned at the back or towards the medial side.
Design options
Full leg sets are typically developed as one cohesive design across both thigh and lower leg sections and are presented on the website in this way. They are available in a selection of our collection designs, with some custom options also possible.
If you are interested in combining different designs across upper and lower sections, or exploring a specific above knee design as part of a full leg set, feel free to reach out to discuss the possibilities.
