Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Sweden, and we offer international shipping to many countries worldwide.

Because many of our products are made to order and made to measure, the full timeline from order to delivery can vary depending on the product type, design choice, customization level, current order queue, and any information or approvals needed to complete the order.

Order timeline

After your order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date.

Because many of our products are made to order and made to measure, the timeline may vary depending on the product type, design choice, customization level, current order queue, and any information needed to complete the order.

For made-to-measure and custom-fit products, our standard production lead time usually starts once we have received the core information needed to process your order. This may include measurements, scan data, product selection, design preferences and other product-specific details.

Some information, such as payment details, final design approval or additional clarifications, may be handled later in the process depending on the type of order. If we need additional information from you before we can continue, this may affect the estimated delivery date.

We always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but please note that the delivery date is an estimate and may be subject to change. If anything changes, we will keep you updated.

Shipping time and tracking

Once your order has been completed and shipped, the delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order, unless otherwise stated.

For orders handled outside the standard webshop checkout, shipping costs may instead be stated in the order confirmation, quote or invoice.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

If any fees apply, they are paid by the customer directly to the carrier or customs authorities before or at delivery.

Damaged or delayed shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if your shipment seems significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help look into it.

Please include your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
